Personal Interests

Dr. Winders enjoys being a part-time pediatrician that allows her to spend time with her husband of over 20 years, Kevin, and their three children, Ben, Elizabeth, and Matthew.

Biography

Dr. Linda Winders has lived in Savannah for over 14 years practicing pediatric and adolescent medicine on a part-time basis. Before moving to Savannah, she worked as a full-time pediatrician for two years at Dunwoody Pediatrics in Dunwoody, Georgia. After graduating from her south Florida high school as Valedictorian, Dr. Winders attended Emory University undergraduate and then Emory University Medical School in Atlanta, Georgia. She continued on at Emory’s Pediatric Residency program completing her pediatric internship and residency. Dr. Winders is board certified in pediatric and adolescent medicine through the American Board of Pediatrics. She has served on the Candler/St Joseph’s Steering Committee and has been an educator in the community for the AAP EPIC breastfeeding program
