Dr. Kasey R. Berman is a native Savannahian and an honor graduate of both Herschel V. Jenkins high school and the University of Georgia. After completing her degrees in Genetics and Biochemistry at UGA, Dr. Berman attended the Medical College of Georgia where she received her doctorate of medicine. She was excited to return home to complete her pediatric residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center. Dr. Berman spent several years as an academic attending training pediatric residents and medical students on how to care for the well being of the youngest patients before shifting her career to private practice pediatrics.
Dr. Berman is board certified in pediatric medicine through the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and it’s Georgia chapter, a member of the Georgia Medical Society and the Medical Association of Georgia. Outside of her medical career, Dr. Berman enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, and their two children, Laney and Will.
Meet Dr. Linda Winders
Dr. Linda Winders has lived in Savannah for over 14 years practicing pediatric and adolescent medicine on a part time basis. Before moving to Savannah, she worked as a full time pediatrician for two years at Dunwoody Pediatrics in Dunwoody, Georgia. After graduating from her south Florida high school as Valedictorian, Dr. Winders attended Emory University undergraduate and then Emory University Medical School in Atlanta, Georgia. She continued on at Emory’s Pediatric Residency program completing her pediatric internship and residency. Dr. Winders is board certified in pediatric and adolescent medicine through the American Board of Pediatrics. She has served on the Candler/St Joseph’s Steering Committee and has been an educator in the community for the AAP EPIC breastfeeding program. Dr. Winders enjoys being a part time pediatrician that allows her to spend time with her husband of over 20 years, Kevin and their three children, Ben, Elizabeth and Matthew.
Meet Jessica Adkins, APRN
Registered Nurse Practitioner
Jessica Adkins grew up in Pooler and graduated from Robert W. Groves high school before receiving her bachelors of science degree in nursing from Armstrong Atlantic State University. She furthered her education at the University of South Alabama earning a dual certification master’s degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Jessica has been working in general and subspecialty pediatrics for the last 11 years with a special interest in pediatric health and nutrition. Along with working at Be Pediatrics, she also works with type 1 diabetic children at Memorial Health University Medical Center’s pediatric endocrine department. Jessica is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Diabetes Educators. She and her husband Brian have three children, Lewis, Mica, and Elliot.
Meet Audra Aldridge, CMA
Audra Aldridge was born in Chattanooga and graduated from North Gwinnett high school in Atlanta. She is an honor graduate from Ogeechee Technical College and is certified with the American Association of Medical Assistants. While at Ogeechee Technical College, Audra obtained her degree in medical assisting, the Certificate in Medical Receptionist and received the Georgia occupational award of leadership as an outstanding student in the field of medical assisting. She is also an active member of the National Technical Honor Society. Audra comes to our practice with many years of experience in pediatrics and is very passionate about healthcare. She spends her time outside of work with her husband, Russ, and their three children Randy, Dylan, and Gracie.
Meet Dianne Medlock, RMA
Dianne Medlock is from Savannah and graduated from Herschel V. Jenkins high school. She brings over 20 years of experience in pediatric healthcare to our practice. Dianne is a very dedicated employee that is currently enrolled at Virginia College to further her skills as a healthcare professional. Dianne has previously attended college at Savannah State University and Savannah Technical College. While enjoying being a mother of three children, Edward III, Jazmine, and DeAndre, she equally enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, Edward IV and Elliott.
Meet Tiaira Crafton
Tiaira Crafton was born in Savannah and raised in a military family. She is a graduate of both Seventy-First high school of Fayetteville, NC, and the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. She received her degree in communication, with a concentration in health. Tiaira has always had a passion for the healthcare field and advocating for others who are not as capable of navigating their way through the health care system. Tiaira’s future goals include returning to school and obtaining her master’s degree in healthcare administration. In her free time Tiaira enjoys spending time with her son, King.
